How far is Disney from Orlando Airport?
Many Disney resort trips from MCO are around 15–25 miles and take about 30–55 minutes of driving. Your hotel, traffic and pickup conditions affect the journey.
Where do I meet my chauffeur?
MCO arrivals include a meet & greet inside the terminal. Provide your flight number and confirm the meeting instructions. International travelers meet after immigration, customs and baggage collection.
Are car seats and boosters available?
Request them when booking, with each child’s age, approximate weight and seat type. Up to 2 car seats and 2 boosters are complimentary in standard categories; the Signature Sprinter supports up to 4 car seats and 2 boosters, within its seating capacity. Seat setup and availability require confirmation.
What if my flight is delayed?
Your supplied flight number is monitored; waiting caused only by its delay is not charged. Airport pickup includes 15 minutes of complimentary waiting from the confirmed meeting time. Review the service policies and communicate changes to your booking.
Can we request a grocery stop?
Yes, request the stop when booking. Its timing and any applicable charge must be confirmed in your itinerary; a Disney airport transfer does not automatically include a free stop.
Does a transfer include Disney tickets or dining?
Transportation is booked separately. Arrange Disney tickets, restaurant reservations and special experiences directly with Disney or the relevant venue. A dining reservation does not provide theme-park admission.
Where are pickups after a park or party?
Coordinate the current approved pickup location with the chauffeur. Magic Kingdom car transfers generally use the Transportation and Ticket Center; allow time for the ferry or monorail and crowd exit. Confirm the exact meeting point for your date.
How is the price confirmed?
