The return may include more bags or purchases than the arrival. Confirm passenger count, strollers and the same or updated child-seat requests. Hotel pickups include thirty minutes of complimentary waiting from the confirmed pickup time under the accepted service conditions; additional waiting requires agreement and remains subject to availability.
