Share the arrival airport, date and exact resort name and address. MCO arrivals include an inside-terminal Meet & Greet. Provide your flight number if available and follow the meeting instructions for your terminal, level and side after collecting bags and completing any entry checks.
Many MCO-to-Disney resort journeys are approximately 15–25 miles and 30–55 minutes of driving. Baggage collection, entry checks, traffic, resort access and agreed stops add time. Request a grocery stop while booking, including the space needed for purchases; its duration and any charge must be agreed in your itinerary.
Count every passenger, including babies and children, and include suitcases, strollers and seat requests. Child seats and luggage share the available vehicle space. For a round trip, add the return date, agreed pickup time and hotel where you will be staying on departure day. Review both legs before payment.

Include every passenger, each child’s age and approximate weight, the requested car seat or booster type, and your luggage. Standard categories include up to two car seats and two boosters by request; Signature Sprinter supports up to four car seats and two boosters. The booking desk confirms the actual seat configuration and availability.
Terminal C baggage claim is on Level 6. After collecting bags and completing required entry checks, send the chauffeur your terminal, floor and carousel or agreed landmark. Stay at the confirmed indoor meeting point; the driver confirms the authorized vehicle-loading floor and bay.
Request the stop when booking, before the itinerary is confirmed. Share the intended shop, timing and space needed for purchases. Its duration and any charge must be agreed; the airport transfer does not automatically include a free grocery stop.
